In the field of Psychology, there’s something called the Dunning-Kruger Effect.

In lay man terms, it means those who don’t know anything are so sure they know. And those who really know are not sure if they know. In a world where you expect the smart ones to be more vocal, but unfortunately, you get the reverse.

And with the amplifying effect of social media, it gives anyone with the platform, eloquence and charisma a sense of being smart.

But most times, it’s nothing but an illusion.

The mere presence of supporters does not make a cause noble and just. Hitler had supporters. Stalin had supporters. Nicolae had supporters. Idi Amin had supporters.

Even Satan has a legion.

And that a man lifts his hands to pray does not sanction the purity of his heart. Popularism is a function of the crowd effect.

It’s only popular because many people are talking about it. But because many people are talking about it does not make it right and does not make it just.

People can be ignorantly honest and objectively wrong.

You run to others for your healing only to discover they are as flawed as the system that gave you the ailment.

And when your heart is broken again, you come back here to proclaim “men are trash”.

The issue is that you repeated the class, but you didn’t learn the lesson. We inherited a pattern where people are quick to pass the blame...

To someone,
To something,
To anyone.

As long as it’s not themselves.

Some say they’ll never trust any man again. Others say they’ll never love any woman ever again.

What a shallow thing to say.

You can predict the outcome of a nation by what it tolerates. The revolution this country needs won’t come by prayer and won’t come by motivational talks either.

One reason I feel the generations to transform this country & lead it out of this misery, if any, have not been born. It’s okay to hope, if it makes you feel any good. It’s okay to pray, if it gives you any hope that makes you feel any good.

But when the world takes a look at our leaders, and take a look at the masses, they just know we are not a serious set of people.

The more I study Entrepreneurship as a whole, the more I see how empty it can be.

Hollywood over glorifies it. The media over simplifies it...but when you truly take a look, it’s all a facade.

Some say it’s “Living the dream”. I say it’s “Fighting for the dream”.

You know why? Because it’s a race against time. Against culture. Against sanity.

The truth is some of us may not survive.

...and this is because there’s so many hype about so many things which is really not true.

Wait a second...let’s digress and check out an example.
