Some of you expressed interest in knowing how my writing group is organized, so here's a brief overview. (Obviously, ignore the thread if it's not for you.)

These methods were taught to me by my dear colleagues @profeldamaria & @buttergoth13, who deserve all the acknowledgments. We work in "units" of 40 minutes. At the start of the day, we check in via text. The first person to text says something like, "Units at 10?" The rest respond either in the affirmative or that they have something else to do that day. Those who are up for units then proceed.
