Based on observations & experience of what not to do as well as what works well. And some learning and a total commitment to making mistakes
1. Focus on strengths. What they can do, not what they can’t.
2. Buddy system players on weaknesses, 1 skill at a time
3. Get them fit & healthy. That’s a skill and may need pro support - pay it. It makes an unbelievable difference. Health is mentally, physiologically & ….
