I've been thinking a lot this week about how hard it is on teachers to teach online knowing there is an audience off-screen. Not the kids, but the parents and carers who are listening in to you while you re-learn and re-write your craft (i.e. teach, but on screen). THREAD Image I think of the introverts,
the camera-shy,
the grads doing it for the 1st time,
the teachers who learning the tech for the first time 'on stage',
the confident and experienced teachers who all still doubt themselves, no matter how well they are doing...
