Here is how to use Reddit to find users for your SaaS

For our SaaS called OneUp (a social media scheduling tool), some of the relevant subreddits are r/socialmedia, r/marketing, and r/socialmediamarketing

If you’re not a developer and want to start a startup, you need to find a technical co-founder

The alternative route of hiring a dev to build your idea will be way more expensive than you think But if your not a dev, you should be bringing some solid marketing or sales chops to the table

Being the “business” guy doesn’t mean much when you’re bootstrapping an early stage startup

If you want to build a SaaS, but you're not sure what to build, I recommend:

- Building something in an already established market

- Have it do 1 thing well (can be simple to start)

- Initially compete on price (or generous freemium plan)

- Get some users

(more)... - Collect reviews and testimonials to add social proof

- Add more features based on what your users are asking for

- Gradually raise prices as you get closer to feature parity with your competitors
