@danieldibswe@Peter_Paluch Well, it's very hard to approach this without sounding disrespectful, I respect him enormously and more than the person I respect his experience and insight. But even though he makes some great and solid points, the message doesn't agree with me. I will try to explain my own view
@danieldibswe@Peter_Paluch First of all it's a specific case (network architect) but there are no specifics, so we are generalizing a bit when I think we shouldn't. Every case is unique and any advice can be "right" or "wrong" depending on the context. But lets stay with what we have.
