So I just have some initial thoughts on Rainy Days that I wanted to get out before I go to sleep because I just really loved the MV concept. Bear with me in this thread as I muddle through some observations! What caught my eye from the beginning was the text at the bottom of the screen:

"When you listen really carefully, loops go wheeling. Cozy and stuck."

This, I think, sets the tone for the MV as its theme bleeds into the entire video.

The MV had me cracking up in the beginning, but amidst all the goofiness, it really is very sweet and has a great storyline overall that I just wanna talk about for a sec. So the first two lines of the song to me are the biggest clue on how to interpret the vid. JK starts with "weight of the world on your shoulders, I kiss your waist and ease your mind". Here, he is establishing that his partner is going through some sort of turmoil.
