Today I crossed 200,000 followers on Medium.
And I’m here to tell you:
Reports of Medium’s demise have been greatly exaggerated.
Here's why creators—especially writers—should consider publishing on Medium…
I publish in Medium’s Partner Program, so they pay me each month based on how many views I get.

This landing page for my newsletter is converting at 80% 🤯

I just passed 30,000 subscribers on my newsletter
It took 5 years because it’s always been a side-project when I had time outside of my day job and family of 4 kids.
A few thoughts on how I got here and where I want to go next...
Growth has been 100% organic. No adds or paid acquisition.
I write articles and guides about emotional health on my website, then capture emails via option forms.
SEO and cross-posting to Medium have been by far my biggest sources of traffic and subs.

🧠💡
Emotional stability has less to do with temperament and genetics and far more do to with your habits, especially your mental habits.
Here are 5 subtle habits that make people more emotionally unstable than they need to be…
1. Believing everything you think.
Your thoughts are not inherently true or helpful. And to assume they are is a recipe for emotional suffering.
Stop believing all your thoughts and you’ll stop overthinking so much.
