In a 2003 report, which was hidden from the public until now, consultants working for the Environment Agency concluded that the PFAS 'forever chemicals' found in firefighting foams pose a ‘chronic threat’ to the environment

In May, my story revealed that the small town of Bentham, Yorkshire is the most known PFAS polluted place in the UK.

The town is home to firefighting foam manufacturing company, Angus Fire.

My investigation for @TheENDSReport reveals the state of the broken enforcement system
