1. Spend the 1st three months (like until Dec) just observing. Watch the energy, notice who speaks up, pay attn to who doesn’t, asses your admin. Learn the culture. Watch all the things.

Some things to remember today on this Memorial Day... 🧵
1. All of the people who gave their lives for wars that this country used (most of the time) to oppress and colonize... And that Memorial Day was started by formerly enslaved people. google.com/amp/s/time.com…2. Two hundred and fifteen Tk'emlúps te Secwépemc children whose remains were found at an assimilation school in Canada. And there were hundreds of those schools here in the US. We got graves, too. The horror is also on this land.
