Steve Schmidt has been tweeting nonstop for the past 25 hours. He hasn't taken more than an hour between tweets since yesterday at 8:30 am. I thought he finally called it quits at 10:30 after 26 straight hours but he's actually back tweeting now. Almost two hour break. Maybe he took a power nap.

For every 1,000 likes this tweet gets, I will make Wyatt even smaller compared to the truck. Wow, that was quick. Keep going to make Wyatt even smaller! Image

At some point - whether it's right now or in six months or in a year - we will be at a point where immunocompromised people have to deal with covid and everyone else doesn't. That's the nature of being immunocompromised - things are dangerous for you when they aren't for others. Acting like it's unempathetic to say that we have reached that point now is just kicking the can down the road, because at some point the graph will dip below white noise for healthy people but not below white noise for unhealthy people, since those levels are never identical.

Collating disparate bits of info into a big article in one of the nation's leading papers in order to shine a spotlight on someone who did not choose to do so themselves is doxxing and denying it is an attempt to abrogate responsibility for being a muckraking yellow journalist. This is the same thing as splitting hairs on what counts as terrorism, as though removing that description for "just" a mass murder is somehow a mitigating factor. The problem is what you're doing, not what you choose to call it.

Imagine having a chance to show a bit of interfaith grace, particularly during a time of year when all three monotheistic religions are celebrating their own occasions, and instead going for a cheap, mean, divisive, clout-chasing dunk. Wokeness is always an excuse to be toxic. I mean I'm sure I'd roll my eyes if this happened on a flight I was on, but it would have nothing to do with them being Christians, and it certainly wouldn't lead me to argue some lazy hypothetical about how I would definitely be thrown out at 30,000 feet for doing the same.

It's is not bothsidesism to say that people who frequently accuse their opponents of literally murdering trans kids over any disagreement on child-related policy shouldn't be surprised that accusations of being pedophile groomers are spit back at them for the same reason. I mean seriously - how long did you think this would go on before your opponents found some equally top-shelf allegation that has the potential to make you a pariah for life? Frankly I'm surprised it took this long. So yeah, now the discourse is well and truly fucked. Fantastic.

My favorite part of the "backlash" to my complaints about Red Letter Media is that it's not like they're ditching The Batman to discuss some obscure and artsy movie. They're doing it to discuss the 16th and 17th spinoffs to the Star Trek franchise. There's also a meta aspect to RLM fanboys being fanboy mad that I criticized them when their entire thing is to act like they're above fanboyism.

Clearly you have demonstrated Gorilla superiority in the only metric that matters - Twitter followers.

Keep on living your best life, Mike. Why are you wasting your time flexing on me when hordes of groomers are trying to get your kids to watch the Kardashians? Can't let your guard down for one second these days, my man.

You traced a real image of the corpse of a child. Admit it and take the fucking L. Deleted. Image

Red Letter Media's recent motto seems to be "let's do videos on stuff no one cares about and not do videos on stuff everyone cares about." Because why talk about The Batman when you can watch hour 5 of their miserable Star Trek Picard Season 2 discussion? Yeah, I said it. RLM kinda get on my nerves lately. They still do great stuff but the entire endeavor feels like they're tired and don't really care these days. Mike basically just trolls to the point that Rich almost got mad at him on camera on the last BOTW.

Classy touch tracing the photograph of Alan Kurdi - a dead Syrian child who was photographed on a beach in Turkey in 2015.… Fucking ghouls.

Luckily there are zero incidents where kids with overprotective parents like this swing hard in the opposite direction because they had a miserably restrictive childhood. Don't be surprised if you keep your dog in a cage for five years and it runs away the second you open the door and you never see it again.

This is a bad answer because how can he then defend himself if they reach a peace agreement tomorrow and we just go back to doing business with Putin? The smart way to respond to a question like this right now is to not respond. It's only moral clarity if you follow through and don't ignore what you said later for the sake of stability.

Eric Feigl-Ding's Twitter bio's evolution over the past month. First he added "global health security," then he changed it to "global biosecurity," and then he removed all the covid stuff because now his feed is all about his Ukraine and nuclear hysteria punditry. Covid is gone. Eric Feigl-Ding now identifies as a Ukraine expert because he's transgrifter.

It's been a while since I looked at detailed covid numbers, and honestly I had no idea the age skew was this dramatic. Only 0.7% of the deaths were under 30, and fewer than 900 deaths under 18. 50 seems to be the age where it gets substantially more dangerous. I knew there was a skew, but I hadn't looked at actual numbers in a few months.

You should be ashamed of yourselves, @TeamTurboTax. Your customer service has been gaslighting me for a month and have the audacity to play the victim because I'm upset that I'm told your system broke my account and there's nothing I can do. I've never seen anything like this. @TeamTurboTax The guy said I was being "abusive" because I had to restate my problem for the 20th time because my file has none of the previous info I gave about it. So now I'm somehow being made out to be the villain when I've been at this for a month? What is this?

So a new CDC study led to pushing back childhood developmental milestones from 24 months to 30 months? What a coincidence. I am out of my depth here but that just sounds incredibly sketchy. Base 15 milestones don't make sense when we operate on base 12 because that's how long a year is.

I actually think a central reason people are grossed out by the idea of eating bugs is that we generally do not eat entire animals at once. The animal proteins we eat are parts of animals, not the complete creatures (except for some rare cases, but those gross people out too). "also they're bugs" is a funny comment but I think it misses my point. I'm trying to interrogate the reason the idea of eating bugs because they're bugs is gross to begin with. I'm going animal brain root cause here.

I love MCU shit, but the absolute most toxic replies I get are from angry MCU people double super angry at stuff I tweet about the MCU lol. Fucking relax Also I wouldn't even mind arguing about it if they didn't strawman me to death. I'm not one of those MUH WOKE MARVEL YouTubers. I hate that shit. At least attack my accurate position and I'll gladly respond.
