So the thing I’m seeing in the CTG agreement is that where disability is mentioned it is a) primarily in relation to child development and b) as a barrier to meeting prescribed goals
In fact, in the targets - we’ll get to the body of the agreement when you pay me to - disability status appears in targets 3, 5-9. These targets cover education and employment, and 9 is housing.

Actually hearing folks, let’s talk about what an honest attempt at communication looks like (and why most people don’t do this) from a practical perspective.
1. You announce your presence. To be effective, this should be multimodal - ie. visual and auditory, appropriate touch and line-of-sight movement - or personalised (if they prefer to be tapped on the arm, say their name, approach from front)
They acknowledge your announcement.
