The Sun has just entered the third decan of Gemini, the last 10° of the sign co-ruled by the Sun and Saturn. Throughout the preceding two decans of Gemini, we’ve been presented with a multitude of options; a veritable plethora of stuff to try, test and taste. But now, its decision time… As the Sun passes through this decan, Saturn’s influence will be felt even more so than usual thanks to an overcoming square aspect being made between the two transiting planets. Although now separating, we’ll still feel the weight of this connection until the Sun enters Cancer at the Summer Solstice on 21 June.

This weekend’s New Moon at 20°16’ Pisces exact at 9am (GMT/UT) falls in the third decan of the sign of the fishes, the very last decan of the zodiac. It seems fitting for a lunation preceding what is surely to be a *memorable* few months ahead… It’s a double Mars ruled decan named by Austin Coppock as “A Cup of Blood” describing it as a place to “sacrifice everything” for the “attainment of one’s greatest desire, no matter the cost.”

After 2.5 arduous years, Saturn is finally finishing up his stay in Aquarius. On March 7th, 2023, Saturn will enter the sign of Pisces.

Saturn is currently in the Third Decan, at 28° and in the face that Austin Coppock calls "The Knot". Austin states that... the third face of Aquarius “illuminates karmic entanglements and oversees liberation from them.”
