- In July 2017 we were told we were being tested for ACM3 cladding
- In Jan 2018 our managing agents told us 15-20% of our building was ACM3 cladding & needed to be replaced
- In 2018, building owner took us to court to clarify residents had to pay for the remediation & they won - We were told to expect bills of £5k each, then 10k, then 15k, then up to 25k, as costs went up and up
- one of our buildings started a Waking Watch, and residents were paying £200 per month
- For 18 tireless months we campaigned in the media about the injustice
