@HDFCERGOGIC can you confirm that as an insurer you would have only restrictive room type tie ups with hospitals?
Why would hospital deny a suite room saying we have only deluxe room tie up with hdfc ergo and the policy taken is optima secure for Rs.50 lacs sum insured which Is suppose to cover any room type when sum insured is more than 50 Lacs which is mentioned on website, policy wordings, brochures and all literatures clearly says any room rent category selection for 50 lacs sum insured.
