Hey. Lets talk.

Listen. I love you. I love feeding you. I love hearing you say “these are the best nachos ever. This is the best burrito I’ve ever had.” I live for that shit.

But I just looked at my pricing/food cost/profit margins, and it’s not good. Look at all this red! I’ve tweaked the recipes best i can to reduce cost without affecting the product. But i can’t keep operating with all this red. I can’t bring this my COGS down without bumping up the price of some items. I mean, the kids quesadillas are my best profit margin, but it’s only $3.
