At the start of 2021 one of my personal goals was to reduce the neck, back, and even hip pain I’d had for a decade. This year I was pleased to reflect on making a huge amount of progress (80%+ reduction). Here's what I learned:

(Not medical advice, just my personal experience) Preface: Taking care of yourself is an undelegatable duty - you can’t just go to a doctor, therapist, or anyone else and expect them to figure your problems out. You can (and should) use experts as resources, but ultimately you need to own your problems and solutions.

Living in Singapore for 1 month during the COVID outbreak I’ve been super impressed by the government leadership and response here. Things that I've noticed: 0/ Transparent and regular updates on their policies, status of the virus spread, clear actionable recommendations to individuals and businesses, and responses to misinformation. moh.gov.sg/covid-19
