"Why We Joined Bon Appétit" Because @CondeNast and @BonAppetit needed some new BIPOC workers to parade around as proof of their diversity? #1 This issue was not whether Bon Appetit showed diversity in video or in print. The issue was pay discrepancy and how BIPOC workers were being treated behind the camera; behind the affable sitcom-like "performance". This was not addressed here.
