Long but interesting 🧵

The US Standard railroad gauge (distance between the rails) is 4 feet, 8.5 inches. That's an exceedingly odd number. Why was that gauge used? Because that's the way they built them in England, and the US railroads were built by English expatriates. > Why did the English people build them like that? Learn the difference between being Rich & Wealthy.

If you decide to becoming rich.. buy Index ETFs for wealth creation buy Equity.

Buy stocks of businesses which you believe will survive/be operational/effectively credible over few decades.

Buy consistently. Review only if things are going downhill (Learn TA & FA).

10% incremental investment should be minimal.

Start early. But, it's never too late.

Live frugally till you achieve your desired goals.
