Here's a little story about SW Water and privatisation. When I worked in the law I was baby-sitting a case where my firm had taken out a private prosecution against the Chair of SWW 1/ We had timed the hearing in the Magistrates Court for the Monday of the day of the announcement of the IPO. It was for polluting the River Camel with aluminium. 2/
