The most important are the Chinese🇨🇳 and Kazakhstan🇰🇿 announcements. They’re the most important to Russia 🇷🇺. The rest could be normal internal consular affairs recommendations for the war.

Putin calling for a (rare) speech, then postponing it, is really odd.

The exciting possibility would be tensions inside of the Kremlin.

The more probable reason is that aspects of what was to be announced (e.g. dates, quantities, etc.) had not yet been defined.

Putin’s 🇷🇺 motorcade rushed to the Kremlin late tonight (Moscow time). Odd for him to show up so late. Usually it means something serious is cooking. Rushing him there is likely something unexpected that can’t wait for his decision. Last time was June 25/26.

If it’s military: More likely defensive (not offensive).

The speed at which this spread on 🇷🇺 internet, even past 2am Moscow time, is very odd.

One of the most haunting images imaginable: 🇷🇺 military box trucks, sitting 130m from the reactor of the largest nuclear power plant in Europe.

There’s no logical explanation why they’re there.

That they might contain explosives to detonate the reactor is entirely possible. The photo gives me the eerie feeling of sinisterness. As if it’s a photo that history will not forget.
