Recursion opens up a lot of interesting new mechanics for Inscriptions, such as making Inscriptions "larger" than 4mb 👀

What really is "recursion" and what might it mean for the future of Inscriptions? Simply put, recursion means that "an Inscription can request the content of other Inscriptions"

Let's break down the different types of "exotic sats" that Casey @rodarmor identified.

"Mythic"
Rarity: 1 in 2.1 Quadrillion

The first sat ever created in the "Genesis Block". It is unattainable because Satoshi made the first block unspendable. "Legendary"
1 in 2.05 Quadrillion (in 2032*)
The first sat of each "cycle". Every 6 halvings, the halving and the difficulty adjustment coincide and we call this a "cycle". A cycle occurs roughly every 24 years. The first one should happen in 2032.
