North Korea’s latest naval destroyer has been significantly damaged prior to its launch. In a rare acknowledgment, North Korea's state news agency KCNA reported yesterday an incident occurred with a new destroyer in Chongjin, which was close to being launched. Today we are publishing a new investigation “Brothers in Arms”  conducted in conjunction with @ReutersGraphics that details for the first time the significant scale of munitions transfers from North Korea to Russia since August 2023.

Link and findings below. Since August 2023, four Russian-flagged vessels (Angara, Lady R, Maria, Maia-1) conducted at least 64 voyages between DPRK and Russian Far East ports.
