The @BFLO_CC this week passed two resolutions that would stall implementation of the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA).

This is a crucial time to push back against the fossil fuel industry as it tries to control the climate narrative in #Buffalo. The Buffalo Common Council is considering voting against New York's Climate Action Plan that was developed out of grassroots action to pass NY's Climate Law – the Climate Leadership and Community Protection Act (CLCPA).
