Kling 2.6 Motion Control is amazing🥵😍
It replaces the characters in a scene with a level of precision no other AI tool can match.

First of all, I have to say that I still need to keep testing it to fully master it, so I’m sure it has more capabilities than what I’m showing in these examples (I’ve seen some on X that completely blew my mind).
That said, I used Kling Motion Control through @higgsfield_ai , and this was the process:
1️⃣ First, I chose the video I wanted to edit (I used movie clips, but you can also use footage you recorded yourself if you want). I extracted the first frame and edited it with Nano Banana Pro to change the character’s face.
⚠️ This step isn’t mandatory. You can simply upload a reference image of the character, but in my experience, doing this helps Kling maintain consistency in this type of scene.
