EC release No. ECI/PN/352/2025 dated 12.11.2025 gives polling % as 67.13. It does not tell us that it doesn’t include postal ballots.
Again EC release No. ECI/PN/353/2025 dated 13.11.2025 repeats the % as 67.13. This time too there is no rider. Image

~ 7.42 crores.
