Let us kill this narrative that “CGPA” is not important, it is not only mediocre but an avenue to mislead those coming behind Us.

We constantly seek self validation which I believe should not extend into areas of merit and hardwork. 1. There are many people with excellent CGPA who are doing excellently well.

2. Similarly, there are many people with low CGPA who are doing great stuff.

The question is, what is the ratio of 1:2???
