Companies who are fully remote or very remote friendly (like @ConvertKit , @basecamp, @zapier ) are likely seeing their investment into remote work validated, as their work is (mostly) unaffected with what is currently going on.

Here's a great post I came across from @Get_Lighthouse - Why everything breaks when you reach 25 employees
"I’ve spoken to hundreds of leaders and managers as we’ve started Lighthouse and one common pattern we’ve found is somewhere around 25 employees, everything breaks."
Why this number? It's at that point it becomes difficult to manage on your own.
