When Covid cases in UK, USA& Israel fell when Vaccine drive just started, we were told this is vaccine success. When 2nd wave came in India after Vaccine drive started, we were told that this was because only small % were vaccinated! Same wave in 30+ countries when drive began.
Now another 'wave' in UK, Israel&US, we are told this is because of deadly Delta Variant. When few are hospitalised in this wave, we are told, this is Vaccine success. Now it is found that most cases&hospitalisation is among the Vaxxed; we are told this is because old are Vaxxed!

A plea has been filed in SC seeking directions to make public the segregated data of the clinical trials for the vaccines that are being administered to the population in India under the Emergency Use Authorisation granted by Drugs Controller of India livelaw.in/top-stories/pl…
The plea has sought directions for release of entire segregated trial data for each phase of trial undertaken for vaccines being administered in India. It has been clarified that the present plea should not be understood as challenging the present covid vaccination programme

Very disappointing Jt of the SC saying that there is no need for the court to order investigation into Rafale deal.Court says price seems OK on basis of govt's sealed cover, which was not shown to us. Today Caravan has revealed that Modi himself increased price from 5.2-7.8B Euro
SC also accepted govt claim that selection of Ambani as offset partner was done by Dassalt and the government has no role in it, despite the fact that defence procurement procedures and offset guidelines require that all offset contracts must be approved by the Defence Minister!

Loya case facts: Amit Shah was chargesheeted for murder.
4 years after chargesheet was filed & trial had begun, Modi becomes PM on 26/5/14. A month later, the 1st judge conducting the trial is transferred by HC, in violation of SC orders,after he is angry at Shah's non appearance
The 2nd Judge, Loya is assigned to try the case. On 31 October 2014, Judge Loya asked why Shah had failed to appear in court despite being in Mumbai on that date. He sets the next date of hearing for 15th December. Before that, on 1/12/14 Judge Loya dies a mysterious death.
