Today, the @CWAUnion attempted to provide cupcakes to our store (union shop) for our workers as a gift. These were turned away by our management team after continued insistence, by the 6016 VP, that this not be done while citing the company's own policy regarding gifts of food. Many of us with tenure at the Penn Square Apple store are aware that the company's stance on gifts to employees that are specifically perishable by nature is that they are to be brought to the break room for ALL employees to collectively enjoy.
