1.5M people had to guess if they were talking to a human or an AI.
The results were not encouraging: 1/ Only 60% correctly guessed that they were talking to an AI.
Researchers prompted LLMs like GPT4 to behave like humans through details like:

- Location

- Style: e.g., Use slang, typos
