Thought experiment (or maybe this has been happening to you already): an employee, whose comp review is at least 6 months away, comes and asks for a 25% raise.
What's the process of thinking things through in such situations as an agency owner? 👇
1) Think about the cost to replace the employee – the time, resources, & pure dollars spent to recruit and sign someone new. Is it a role that would be fairly easy or difficult to hire for?
