Hey #IDTwitter… what are your thoughts on intermittent (e.g. TIW frequency) liposomal amphotericin B (L-AmB) dosing for OPAT?

1st-line for serious ocular candida, CNS cryptococcus, severe histo/blasto, and mucor

2nd-line for cocci & aspergillosis
