@LNeuroscientist@BCrowe40765630 Few yrs ago saw statistic 10-15% in US under 18 have early fatty liver dz! 😲 Paper attributed much of that to HFCS common in processed foods, plus fruit juice, etc.
...educated guess linoleic acid/PUFAs = Pareto variable
