I’m at @the_MTC_org today as we showcase the results from the @innovateuk funded project on how we can tackle the RAAC (reinforced autoclaved aerated concrete) problem in our buildings.

1/ The aim of the programme is to identify, assess and manage RAAC in a better way.

Since discovering the issues with RAAC the approach has been to identify and assess risk by visual inspection by experts and to scrape away material to see the condition inside the planks.

I reckoned solar hot water was the best next step to reduce my carbon footprint.

We're underway at @ChesterSciBar and @HeatherMarGeo is telling us to go deep or go home. 82% of the planet's ocean bed is unmapped.
So we **think** we know where the deepest points are.
