Will college meets count for World Athletics rankings/qualifying this year?!

@SamSeemes dropped a bombshell at the @USTFCCCA convention yesterday morning, starts at about 54 minutes in: Honestly, the roots of this conflict go back 100 or so years to the beginnings of the battles between the NCAA and AAU for control over athletes.

It is great that Ross is taking responsibility for his whereabouts failures. We see so many athletes throw weird excuses out there, having an athlete admit they made mistakes is refreshing.

This is my daughter. She just turned 9.

Here is why I would never allow her to play middle or high school sports if we lived in Ohio… A few days ago, the Ohio Republicans passed a change to state law that was snuck in at the last minute, under the guise of “protecting” girls sports.

Alberto Salazar has been ruled permanently ineligible by the US Center for SafeSport.

#TrackToo When someone is banned in the Olympic movement, whether for doping or SafeSport, that ban only can stretch as far as the Olympic movement.

For example, a coach who is banned can still coach at a high school or AAU or do their own independent private thing.
