Starting with the email to request a code: it's very generic and obvious they don't even know what game they are requesting, the only unique thing in the request is the replaced game title.
I've even gotten some of these emails where the [Replace this with title] is still in the email...
NOTE: I'd never decline a request on that alone, because sadly some legit creators also just go "yes, I want to have a key" and not much more.
