I am opposing suspension of the triple-lock today in the House of Lords. I have tabled two amendments, likely to be discussed after 19.30 . Need your support to spread the message and prevent the govt from harming current and future retirees. Low pension now = low in the future.
1) The first amendment rejects the Bill to end/suspend the triple-lock. It will show that govt policy will condemn millions of current and future retirees to poverty. It will also discuss the financial aspects and how to pay for the triple-lock

#socialistsunday Please this story about our report to the Shadow Chancellor for regulatory reform. Plan is to eliminate duplication and buck-passing regulators. there will be no statutory regulatory powers of accountancy and other trade associations.
