Awful footage as Newsnight political editor Nick Watt chased at an anti-lockdown protest outside Downing Street yesterday. A BBC News spox said: “This behaviour is completely unacceptable. All journalists should be able to carry out their work without intimidation or impediment.” Newsnight editor Esme Wren has said: "Harassing and intimidating any journalist is completely unacceptable. All journalists should be able to do their work without impediment or risking their safety."
