On this 75th independence day, a 🧵 on the top 5 things that make India awesome & make me glad I returned to the homeland from more 'developed' pastures. cc: @monikahalan, @gchikermane, @aparanjape, @kabeermenon 1. Healthcare services. A family member needed urgent attention from a neurologist. Managed to get this (& an MRI) in under 6 hours through a Practo appointment & w/o bankrupting myself. I will never again take this for granted.
