This might sound untrue,, but some people actually pay to join someone who already has a visa and migrate as a “Dependent”
Some agencies also attach someone to your application as a Dependent without you knowing, until you get called by Home Office…

For those who don’t know about the strike…
RCN and Unison Nurses will be going on an *Industrial strike*
Using the *Working rule* This means doing no more than the minimum required by the T & Cs of your contract
Will this really work? Considering the fact that employers can replace staff with Agency staff?? Who will be glad
Now, MPs are already planning to approve replacing staff shortage with Agency/ bank staff
RCN has also stated they will be paying RCN members at least £50 per day?

I’m a big fan of Kunle Afolayan’s movie! But I think he dropped the bar with Anikulapo!
*For me* Anikulapo was basic. Every single scene was so d*amn predictable. The only exciting thing was the sets! which is not exactly far from the regular.
And oh! The Nude scene…
was the final nail in the coffin! Completely irrelevant.
I mean,,, it’s probably necessary in some movies,,, but in this one???? It was not needed!

I still do not understand how @NHSuk can afford to pay Agency staff this much! But Staff can’t even get double their own pay! even with bank shifts! Whereas, the skill mix is always lacking! Main employee always end up doing over 80% of the Job!
‘Cos Some agency staff are not competent enough to do the job they getting extra pay for. And don’t preach to me about they not getting “Sick pay, pension etc”
They get paid pension by their agency if they opt in.

The Healthcare system in UK gets me pissed sometimes!! If you’re not literally dying!!! You will be placed on a long as*s queue! I don’t understand the Triage sometimes! You really don’t want to be sick here! especially if you don’t have family! So better rest.
The burden on the NHS is too heavy! Seems healthcare integration ain’t working so well either… because everyone just wants to come to tertiary hospitals!
If you need faster response for minor cases, please ring /visit your GP! They’re there to also relieve the NHS hospitals

When people see £20,500 -£25,000 there’s this urge to convert to Naira and think it’s good money … avoid it!
Reason 1: It is your pay per annum! Without tax and other deductions! After tax! & deductions! You will get an average of £1,450 monthly…
Out of this £1,450, you have to pay Rent, bills, transportation, feeding & other miscellaneous!
You can take on extra shifts,,, but yeah! There’s still a limit to how much you can do and the extra hours you’ve got!
It’s not always as easy as these people pose it to be!
