A series of assaults on Asian Americans amid the pandemic has renewed criticism that the U.S. government vastly undercounts hate crimes. (via @washingtonpost) washingtonpost.com/national-secur… We reported that more than 2.4 million suspected hate crimes were committed across the U.S. between 2012 and 2016.

CDC officials have warned members of President-elect Biden's team that a COVID-19 tracker used by @HHSGov isn't accurate. The tracker was created by Palantir, a data-mining firm created by Peter Thiel — a close Trump ally. We heard from more than 200 survivors & mental health experts. Trump pushed for the V.A. to adopt the controversial anti-suicide Johnson & Johnson drug Spravato.
