Ely is a residential area that comprises 14,600 or so residents 59.1% of children are eligible for school meals while nearly three-quarters of households have at least one deprivation measure [2021 census]

@ChisomoWrites I think the current dispute is rooted in "the staff" against "top Management". This is against the backdrop of austerity. I think many of the senior professors and lecturers are complicit in the racial pay gap when it comes to shortlisting and hiring. If they get ten applicants
