I've been talking to various campaigns about the possibility of a delayed primary. Most said they'd handle whatever happens, but definitely a longer delay would've been tougher on campaigns in terms of having to raise more money and significantly adjust strategy.

Here is the SEC filing with Alden’s offer, and their plan to “unlock significant strategic and financial value” by buying Tribune Publishing and combining us w/their other newspapers. Sounds like more pillaging to me.
