In a listening session last night, young people confirmed what was clearly the DNC’s thesis in bringing creators to the convention: many watched the convention via clips on social rather than cable/by reading traditional news. 🧵 "It was interesting to really watch it in the time of TikTok, I think, and see different clips of it show up throughout the next day. I had several friends tell me, 'you know, I'm not going to watch it. I'll just find the clips on social media tomorrow,'" said one 24-year-old.
