Which law or constitution has made #Collegium a law? Its an illegal cabal without notes that makes the appointments in secret. Like a Masonic Lodge. Basically the concept of a collegium came up in a law seminar and was thrust upon the nation by coming up with new meaning to the word 'consultation' to mean concurrence! And through a series gradually expanded.
Final version was a camel than a horse!
