1.Amritsar SSP, Rural, Satinder Singh on March 17 sent a proposal to detain Amritpal (95-R/SSP/ASR-R ) to Amritsar district magistrate, HS Sudan.
A thread....... The DM issued the detention order (Reader/DM/1/638) on March 18 under section 3(2) of the National Security Act for detaining Amritpal.
