Imām Mālik was asked specific questions on the Sharīah in al-Mudawanna: embrace Islam, you have no right to benefits on loans (ribā), but if you owe someone debt and promised benefits before you are Muslim, this could be dhulm (unjust); if they do zinā or liwāt, not punished 1 If a non-Muslim wish to get married incestuously ["self marriage" as per zoroastrian religious culture], in their religious/personal law courts, this is their right. Thread: much talk of Usman Khan, Anjem C, ALM, "Covenant of security", historic splits and threats - a few thoughts about the malleable nature or their ideology and why ideology not "theology" here is morr appropriate even if we are speaking of a pseudo religious ideology Usman Khan and others had a history of violent and extreme ideological beliefs.
