How to safe guard iOS devices from State actors to an extent

1. Enable Lock down mode.
Lock down disables many of the hacker friendly features
2. Reboot the device as many times as you can in a day. If the attacker was not able to attain persistence, then this help (1) 3. Check for iOS updates, everyday (Morning & evening).
Apple releases iOS updates along with security updates which details security vulnerabilities they fixed. If you delay even few hours, that is enough for the state actors to create a software to target the vulnerability (2)
