i am going to give a quick update on food transportation from Ukraine. there are a few ways that we can transport food now and one of them is over land by trucks. to cross the EU border you have to do a lot of paperwork because nobody canceled bureaucracy 1/
but countries can cancel part of this paperwork by themselves. for example, Latvia and Romania agreed on a permit-free border with Ukraine. Poland didn't but promised to give us 20k more permits which still means that we have to do the paperwork but it should be easier 2/

here is a story for you to stop blaming Ukraine for an upcoming food crisis: my father is a farmer in Lviv region, a Western part of Ukraine near the Polish border. he had a lot of clients abroad and his produce in large amounts was transported by the Black sea. 1/
98% of his crops were sold to third-world countries. as you probably know, we can't transport anything by the sea because Russia mined it and blocked our ports. as for now, my father has his storage units full of last year's produce and he would be happy to sell it. 2/
